Jack Benedict

Jack Benedict cannot avoid the music. He listens to almost everything. Acoustic music, however, has always been his true north. A gifted luthier as well, Jack considers himself a guitar builder who accidentally writes songs and plays only his own handmade instruments. See his work at Slow Bird Instruments.

Jack returned to performing in 2006. Since then, he has performed as a solo artist, a member of local duo Mystkdog, and the alt-country band Hanging Thread.
